1. Rules for entry into the Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve(Core)

1. The Gypsy booking is done online and the Canter booking is done offline.
2. The advance booking period is 120 days.
3. Booking for canters is done offline from the office of Field Director at Chandrapur on first come first serve basis
4. For gypsies, there are only two categories- Online and Tatkal.
5. There is no Spotbooking.

3. Full Day Photography:

For full day photography, a maximum of 3 Gypsies per day are allowed by the Field Director as per the rates decided. The applicant has to apply to the Field Director, with valid online Gypsy bookings for either morning or evening for the day on which entry is required. The entry and exit is allowed only from the gate for which the applicant has confirmed booking. The applicant is allowed to enter fifteen minutes before the scheduled opening time and exit fifteen minutes after the scheduled closing time. Only Three persons excluding the driver and the guide are allowed in the vehicle.

4. Terms & Conditions for Normal Online Booking

1. The booking opens 120 days before the date of entry at 0800 hrs IST.
2. The booking closes four days before the date of entry at 1700 hrs IST, for eg booking for 1st October will close on 27th September.
3. The bookings done more than 60 days and upto 120 days in advance are at an enhanced rate and on No cancellation/No refund basis. Bookings done less than 60 days in advance are at normal rate and cancelation is allowed as per applicable terms and conditions.

5. Terms & Conditions for Tatkal Online Booking

1. The booking opens three days before the date of entry at 0800 hrs IST, for eg booking for 1st October will open on 28th September.
2. The booking closes two days before the date of entry at 1700 hrs IST, for eg booking for 1st October will close on 29th September.
3. Any cancellation/left over quota, at any gate, at the time of closure of Normal Online Booking is added to Tatkal Online Quota, for that particular gate.

6. Common Terms & Conditions for Online Booking

1. Registration with mahaecotourism site is mandatory for online bookingwherein visitor is provided with username and password.
2. The online payment, in case of Gypsies, does not include vehicle charges and guide charges which have to be paid at the time of entry.
3. Right of Admission is reserved with The Government of Maharashtra.
4. For Indian citizens, only the following Identity proofs are acceptable-
   • Voter Photo identity card issued by Election Commission of India.
   • Passport
   • PAN Card issued by Income Tax Department.
   • Driving Licence issued by RTO.
   • Photo identity card having serial number issued by Central/State Government.
   • Student Identity Card with photograph issued by recognized School/College for their students.
   • Unique Identification Card “Aadhaar”.

5. For Foreigners only Passport is accepted as ID Proof.

6. The ID Proof details like number/type etc mentioned during booking should be complete & correct and same as in original ID Proof. Booking made by incomplete/incorrect detail of ID Proof will be treated as invalid.

7. Bookings are non-transferable. No addition/alteration is permissible after confirmed booking. However, change of a maximum of one name per pass may be allowed, in a genuine case, if a written request is made in the office of the Field Director at least 15 days before the date of entry.

8. If a booking , done less than 60 days in advance (at normal rate), is canceled more than 15 days before the scheduled date of entry, 50% of the booking amount will be deducted as cancellation charges. No refund / cancellation is permissible after that. For bookings done more than 60 days in advance (at enhanced rate), no cancellation/no refund is allowed.

9. Photo copy of the ID Proof is required to be submitted before entry intothe Tiger Reserve.

10. Original ID Proof, mentioned in the booking, must be carried by allvisitors during the visit.

11. In case of any revision in rates/taxes after booking, the visitor will be liableto pay the difference at the time of entry.

12. Children below the age of 8 years are allowed entry free of charge without mention in the booking.

13. The visitor is required to positively report for boarding Gypsy 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time at the designated boarding point. In case of no show/late arrival, no refund/ rescheduling will bemade.

14. The entire Tiger Reserve or any zone or zones, or a part of any zone or zones may be closed without any prior notice to visitor in case of any exigency/ emergency including causes like rains, floods, landslides, strikes, public agitations etc. However, no refunds or arrangements for alternate or additional visits will be made.

15. The visitors are undertaking the safari at their own risk and the Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve management will not be liable in case of any accident/injury/damages to the Visitors and/or their property.

16. The Field Director can prohibit the use of mobile phones by visitors inside the Tiger Reserve.
