1. Introduction

Welcome to Jungle Safari Tadoba. Indian Tiger Safaris operates this website.
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the booking of resort stays, safari booking assistance services, wildlife tours, and related travel services.
By using this website or making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking, Rates & Payment

Rate Validity: All quoted rates are applicable only for the specified travel dates and services. Taxes, park fees, government charges, seasonal surcharges, and other applicable fees may apply.

Payment Terms: Full or partial payment may be required to confirm bookings. Confirmation is subject to receipt of payment and service availability.

3. Check-In, Check-Out & Transfers

Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Transfer requests should be made at least 24 hours before arrival.

4. Identification Requirements

Indian Nationals

Guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID, such as:

• Aadhaar Card
• Passport
• Driving Licence
• Voter ID Card
• PAN Card

Foreign Nationals

Guests must provide a valid Passport and Visa.
Failure to provide valid identification may result in the denial of services where required by law or government regulations.

5. Cancellation & Amendments

Safari Bookings

Safari permits are governed by Forest Department regulations. Where guests request safari booking assistance from us, confirmed safari permits are generally non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise permitted by the relevant authorities.

Resort Bookings

• More than 35 days before arrival: 20% cancellation charge
• 22–35 days before arrival: 30% cancellation charge
• 8–21 days before arrival: 60% cancellation charge
• 7 days or less before arrival: 100% cancellation charge

Special Dates

Bookings during Christmas, New Year, long weekends, festivals, and special events may be non-refundable.

Amendments

Changes requested within 35 days of arrival may be treated as cancellations and rebookings, subject to availability.

6. Child & Extra Guest Policy

• Children below 5 years: Complimentary without extra bed
• Children between 5 and 12 years: Additional charges may apply
• Guests above 12 years: Treated as adults

Individual resort policies may vary.

7. Park Closures & Force Majeure

National parks and safari zones may be closed due to weather conditions, government regulations, wildlife management activities, festivals, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by:

• Natural disasters
• Floods, earthquakes, landslides
• Fire or explosions
• Epidemics or pandemics
• Government restrictions
• Strikes or labour disputes
• Transportation disruptions
• Utility failures

Any refunds, credits, or alternative arrangements will be subject to the policies of the relevant service providers and authorities.

8. Guest Conduct & Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

• Follow Forest Department regulations
• Respect wildlife and natural habitats
• Follow resort rules and safety instructions
• Avoid disturbing wildlife or other guests
• Failure to comply may result in removal from services without refund.

9. Health & Safety

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel and safari activities.
Indian Tiger Safaris shall not be liable for injuries, illnesses, accidents, delays, or losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Booking Eligibility

The person making a booking must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

11. Media & Promotional Content

Photographs and videos taken during tours may be used for promotional purposes only with appropriate consent where required by law.

12. Third-Party Services

Certain services may be provided by resorts, transport operators, guides, park authorities, and other third-party service providers.
We are not responsible for their actions, omissions, policies, or service failures.

13. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or policies.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Indian Tiger Safaris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
